The knowledge by my profession combined with the daily experience as an athlete give some ideas to reflect on every day; the incurable curiosity to find an answer to the questions led to the development of a very precise working method.
Training is not a science, but it draws inspiration from some noble branches: anatomy, physiology, chemistry, psychology. However, it is always necessary to adapt the scientific working method to the needs of the individual athlete, whether they are professionals, or even more so when they are amateurs.
In recent years, the development of technology in the field of training monitoring has given anyone the opportunity of owning a device that can guarantee the recording of numerous parameters useful for monitoring sports performance day by day. The internet, with the development of programs for real-time sharing of training allows an athlete who is in the southern hemisphere to share data with the coach located in the northern hemisphere of the world. Every day the training can be evaluated and analyzed in depth, judging the work done. Therefore, every day becomes an evaluation test from which, after an accurate analysis, you can find the parameters within which to set the training values for the following sessions. The indoor assessment tests can be replaced with outdoor sessions, which can provide the coach with everything necessary to assess the strengths and weaknesses of each athlete.
Remote coaching is a new way of working, very simple, immediate and that provides data real performance, on the field. With this working method, every athlete can receive feedback on his training every day and provide information to the coach himself for subsequent sessions.
