You will be the one to determine it. In the beginning of our collaboration, you will define your training-related goals, and we will work together to achieve them.
Objectives don’t always remain the same through time. An athlete may grow and feel the need to aim higher, or find themselves in difficulty and decide to downsize.
At any moment, it will be possible to modify these goals, and update the entire training program around them.
